- Carrying out acceptance of pork half;

Cutting of pork halves into meat semi-finished products by hand;

Organization of semiautomatic production of meat semi-finished products;

Support for sanitary standards in the workplace.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of boning technology;

Profile education is desirable;

Experience in a similar position is welcomed;
