In the beginning of February engineers of Malcom Corporation held a technical training to Euro Land team at Stanovlyanskiy and Dobrinskiy crop sites.
The goal was to settle the most burning issues and fill the gaps in knowledge of the farm machinery operators who work with CLAAS tractors and harvesters. The objectives of the training were to develop the ability to detect and manage machine malfunctions, to determine ways to improve equipment effectiveness, to define the specifics of the operation methods and maintenance of systems.
Euro Land has a systematic approach to trainings. It allows to increase an employee motivation, to improve maintenance efficiency, to reduce a company’s requests to service centers and, as a result, to cut costs of service and time spent on maintenance works.
