In March, within the framework of the exhibition MEAT INDUSTRY. CHICKEN KING. REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY for AIC / MAP Russia & VIV held a conference organized by the National Union of Pig Breeders "HIGH GENETIC POTENTIAL – HOW TO REALIZE?".
Otrada was represented by Olga Burlakova, Technical and Genetic Services Specialist, who shared with the audience her expertise on reducing the cost of production of 1 kg of meat.
Olga focused on general production aspects that do not depend on the chosen genetics. At the same time, at the end of the presentation, she paid special attention to questions that one should ask their genetics contractor and think about whether cooperation with the current genetics supplier is reliable, especially in times of crisis.
