From April 25th to 28th, 2023, the scientific-practical seminar "Secrets of Profitable Pig Breeding: Experience of Leading Experts" was held in Samarkand. Commercial Director Ivan Ageev and Deputy Pig Production Director Pavel Korolkov attended the event.
During the seminar, industry professionals shared their expertise in the format of "trends + challenges + solutions". Participants from the largest pig farms shared their success stories, tools for achieving high production results, and methods to motivate staff. Ivan Ageev delivered a presentation on the complexity of decision-making in today's world and the importance of genetics as a survival factor.
