On November 13th, Otrada held a webinar on "Productive longevity of sows." The speakers were Andrey Pavlov, director of genetic sales and technical support, and Andrey Sinegubov, technical support manager.

In the first part of the webinar, Andrey Pavlov shared new trends in breeding and discussed the main criteria for evaluation and selection of gilts.
Andrey Sinegubov then discussed the impact of first-insemination weight on a sow's productivity throughout her life. Special attention was paid to caliper use when assessing animal condition.

Otrada, represented by its genetics sales team, participated in the exhibition of production and processing technologies for agricultural professionals Agravia-2026, which took place at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center (Moscow) from January 21 to 23.

Caring for newborn piglets: sharing experiences

On April 23d the genetics sales and technical support team held a webinar "Caring for piglets on the first day of life". Izak Huerta, PIC's technical support director in Europe, Russia and South Africa, was the invited expert.
